Last Friday, we send you 1 pc of Frank Jacket and 1 pc of Freddy Vest. Both of the two samples are from Cherry following the updated A/W and pattern.
Because there are updated pattern for both of the two styles, we think it is necessary for your side to check the base size and confirm the pattern before making ss/s.
Except that, we want to know how you think about the samples’ making. Cherry is a special supplier which is not the brand based supplier. But maybe due to the price reason, the orders are given to them. As quality department, we were training them through the whole development. But you know, secure a supplier to be a brand based is not so easy in such short time. So we want to know what you concern about the making for the two styles. Then we could get right direction to train them effectively, and finally we could secure the bulk in the balance of price and quality.
Below are my comments to Frank and Freddy. I check the samples based on the level of COS quality. Could you please give me feedback one term by one term with “Keeping the sample level is OK” or “Must be improved”? Moreover, if you find any other problems on making, please just let me know.
What we are working hard for is just to secure the bulk in your expectation. So please help us to get the clear direction.

Except that / other than that, we want to know what you think / how you feel about the samples’ making (you mean quality?). Cherry is a special supplier which is not a brand based supplier. But maybe due to the price , the orders are given to them. Being a high quality department, we have been training them throughout the whole development process, but as you know, securing a supplier to be a brand-based one is not so easy in such a short time. So, we want to know if you have any concerns regarding the two styles. Then we could ensure we’re going in the right direction to train them effectively, and finally we could secure a bulk deal to maintain a balance of price and quality.
Below are my comments to Frank and Freddy. I checked the samples based on the level of COS quality.
