Dear Sindy,
we have submitted a set of documents to BoC to maintain the account of XX Company. Except the structure chart of the XX Company (incl. the chart of Companies Information) and the identity certification of Mr. Wang, other documents are accepted by the BoC.
For the structure chart, we need to add the date and the signature of Mr. Wang.
In respect of Mr. Wang’s identity certification, after we communicate with the BoC, it can be done at Frankfurt by us, when he flies there at the end of this month.
According to the request of the BoC, the original documents listed below should be sent to BoC per post:

When the BoC receives all the documents mentioned above, they will start to change the relevant account information accordingly.
