By end of this month, I’ve been working in L’Oréal for **
years. In L’Oréal, I’ve been able to think everything about information security,
from the bottom to top , from the big picture to detail KPI. I have great
chances to link IT security with our beauty business and really enable the business.

During i-Secure project, I have deep understanding
of our confidential data .To well protection those data; there are a lot of
things to be addressed. I will keep working on this topic to make it
deeper and structure.

For the overall security framework build up, I
will closely work with my team member and colleague to decide
our priorities based
on risk map / business requirement / i-secure and cyber security program.

To be working for L’Oréal and work as a security professional,
there always be challenge and require more and more knowledge of business
and technology. I will keep my strength as a “senior” L’Oréal people and work
on the enhancement of knowledge and
management skill to make information security management in L’Oréal more
effective
