Today is 3.15.2016, and every year, around the world, World Consumer Rights Day (WCRD) is celebrated on this day.

Top Three focus attracted my attention. They are online shopping, auto consumer complaints and mobile consumer complaints.

Firstly ,we pay our attention to the online shopping. There are masses of substandard goods and counterfeited products come along in our life by the E-store, such as JD, Taobao and WeChat. Making an appeal is the hardest issue, even though consumes want to get indemnity through effective way, there are mountains of difficulties faced to them.

Secondly is the auto consuming. The complaints related to auto rise significantly in 2015 added up by China customer Association. Five parts of issues are mostly attractive. The first one is in the process of acquiring, such as unreasonable standard clauses and part of the merchants arresting vehicle certificate. The second one is in the process of selling, conspicuous consumption, insurance and decoration rise up frequently. Part of the agencies cheat consumers to buy old autos instead of new ones, or substitute parts of the new cars. This is the third situation. The fourth is the problem existed in the using process, the quality issue, the recall issue are all around this segment. The last part is the after-sales service, lack of standardization, opaque price and excessive maintenance.

The top three of the complaints about telephone is the quality of the telephone, the after-sale service and the sales contract. They focus on three main problems. First one is the performance problems, such as flower screen, crashing and signal unstable. Failing to perform the obligations of  the“three guarantees” (for repair, replacement or compensation of faulty products) and the repairing long circle after sale are the second problem. The third problems is part of the agencies selling counterfeited products.

Secondly is the auto industry. The complaints related to Motor vehicles rose significantly in 2015 according to the China customer Association. There are five parts to this situation. The first one is in the process of acquiring, such as unreasonable standard clauses and part of the merchants arresting vehicle certificate – what do you mean?. The second one is related to the sales process, conspicuous consumption – what do you mean?, insurance and decoration have rapidly increased. Some agencies trick consumers into buying old automobiles instead of new ones, or substitute parts of the new cars. This is the third situation.
