Hi Lilian/Carr

I want to leverage this chance to give my sincere thanks to your team(Snow and Carr) and especially Carr’s help during implementation.

Snow gave me a lot help for the knowledge sharing when I first took VN client. She was so patient and always replied to my pieces of questions again and again.

Whilst we were working hard with Coats VN for the legal reports, Carr helped me to understand the structure of these reports and analysis issues raised by client together with me. Although he was busy with the Year-end tasks for 3 clients, he still took some time to help me.

Again, I appreciate your team’s outstanding effort and support during this project.
