This Monday I attended a training about Kohler Gift in my office. The trainer is Business Department’s Manager. He invited me attend this training because this training was for a new colleague and I just recommended the new colleague to his team. The new colleague and I used to colleagues before and we are all designer. I write this because the trainer told us a story in the training and I thought it was fun. He said one day he took an our company’s towel to home. He told his son when he finished shower he can use our company’s towel, when his son went out the bathroom, he found his son’s body full of fluff. And his son asked him ‘Dad, why your company’s towel loss’. He told us he couldn’t except the truth especially the word from his son’s mouth. So he bought another brand’s towels and let the factory workers check why they can solve the towel loss. Finally they found a balance between the towel’s thickness and towel loss.
