I had a blind date today. My parents are worried about my marriage deeply. Not only my parents but all my relatives, my teachers. All ofT them think about that a girl over 30 years old is difficult to find a husband. In China, the Girls like me are called ladies be left. Even we have good jobs, friends, hobbies…these mean nothing if u hasn’t married or has not a family like anyone else has. One of my father’s friend introduce her colleague to my father. And my father took it very seriously. He asked me to take a blind date with that man,dressing well and talking like a sweet lady. Actually, they ascribed my single status to lake of femininity.

The date went well. But love needs time and reason. We can be friends instead of falling in love. It’s to hard to find the Mr.right at the first sight in the most of times. I will make my parents be disappointed again and again because I am waiting for love instead of finding a husband for the marriage.

Actually, they described my single status as being due to a lack of femininity. (they described that my single status was because I am too much like a guy) 

The date went well but love needs time and luck. We can be friends instead of falling in love at first sight / immediately (There’s nothing wrong with being friends at first and just waiting to see what happens, rather than simply falling in love at first sight) . It’s too hard to find the Mr.right at the first sight most of the time. I will make my parents disappointed again and again because I am waiting for love instead of finding a husband for marriage.
