Shanghai is a international city, there are many foreigners who are from different countries in Shanghai. They communicate with Chinese people or each other through English. To communicating smoothly, more and more people realize English is very important whenever you are in work or in life and start to learn English. In the metro, I saw many people learned English, they learned vocabularies, saw English books, or saw some English short articles by phone. But most people don’t have courages to speak, they only have reading and writing, such as me. To overcome this difficulty, we should practice speaking frequently.
