Class focus: Wants to improve fluency, and wants to be able to speak similar to a native speaker.  Needs business English, as she uses a lot of English at work.  Learning new vocabulary is very important.  Notes are very important, more important than the conversation.  She doesn’t mind if you need to take breaks to make the notes better.  Big mistakes stop immediately to correct, anything small can wait until the end.
