Last year I travelled to Iceland. That was my first time visiting Europe. I saw OR experienced a lot of interesting things. In Iceland, I rented a car and went to go see the golden circle. It’s very interesting. This week, I will go to Australia to start a project on skydiving. In Iceland, a very interesting thing happened. I was travelling in Iceland with three girls, who were friends of mine from China. I drove all day and one night as I was driving I crossed a red light and policeman stopped me, I was afraid because I can’t speak much English. I tried my best to explain why i did this, and i showed him my drivers license. He told me a lot of things. I tried my best to communicate and finally i got/was lucky because he let me go. That’s the first time I came face to face with a foreigner. That’s why I want be able to talk with foreigners, but I feel nervous. And my vocabulary is limited so usually I can’t understand what they are saying.
