I traveled lots of countries, like tibet in last October, and I traveled to Japan in 2019, I traveled to Japan 3 times, I love Japan and the game marketing I’m doing now is Japanese but I can’t speak Japanese. I travel with my friend called wang ye and she’s the friend i meet at my work, and we take plane to tibet first and because the altitude is really high and maybe 4000 to 5000 meters so before first went to the place maybe got altitude sickness, so we are really worried to get the altitude sickness so when we arrived at tibet we take really good rest in the first day and we move really slowly because if you walk too fast or if you’re running you will feel your brain is boom boom boom, every people have the really high chance to get the sickness in tibet.
