Speaking exercise

The purpose is that about my job it is more communication with foreigners and I must write emails and have meetings with foreigners.
I have working in a global company for about 5 years so emails is fine but the oral and listening communication is weak so my aim is to improve my speaking English.

My working related with HR to do the learning and development and my interesting in normal life is about music. I play the piano.

I work in a Europe company and I have communication with some foreigners in my company/
We do clothes.
The vocabulary issues I have but the main problem is how to express myself.

The listing is difficult and the speaking
I must take time to recall my memory about the words and how to speak out.

I feel nervous and have some difficulties.

we talk about it because we have a cooperation relationship and we just received an email and for now we keep silent about this and we wait for the fighting wave to disappear.
