I was studying in British and I have a poor grammar and long time not speak English and what I want now is improve my grammar and English speaking . social and business English.
It is a consulting, a third party consulting so we connect our clients and specialists together and they can do consultations on the phone.
we are the international company and sometimes I need to talk to the foreigner colleagues but sometimes not just the talking and I need typing with them,
We talk about the schedule how to arrange a call and what is the situation about experts and our working plan.
Sometimes I want to explain what I think but I can’t find the words what should I use and the grammar.

It is kind of like chinglish I use Chinese habits to use my English and that makes other people confused.

I am a people person, good communication, I love to talk but the level now is my problem. Also I was study in the British my friends are all the Chinese people.

It is kind of like chinglish I use a Chinese logic  / syntax in English / I apply a Chinese syntax to English  and that makes other people confused. / that confuses other people.
