I would like to introduce why I need to improve my English . Its my boss provide this opportunity for me because I want to tell you a story …
Before I came to here my boss talked to me and he wants me to improve my English because I said before I joined this company my direct boss was a foreigner and I worked with him for 7 years and he is from German and we can communicate very good
We can go through very well but this time I was asked to be a facilitator in this company and they are all very senior.
I think the topics is very professional it is about our finance and how to make finance maximum value in the digital world.
Then I told my boss sorry I can’t do it and so he asked me to improve my English.
He said you need to improve your English not only limited to your business but also about the social

You need to coach them about some sessions and talk. you only have a few topics and present 2 hours.

Facilitator is like a trainer, you have several topics and we will have 3 days training. We may have some activities and open topics and group discussions. It is not easy for me to handle.
Senior management will challenge and ask questions very professional.

I said if my audience is in Chinese I can do it but foreigners frankly I think I need more training.

this is for group finance members.

last time we have a group over 12. They all worked for this company over 10 – 20 years and I said I joined only one year and half year.
I know my boss wants me grow rapidly but I know nothing about this program.

we have the training via zoom meetings

2 or 3 years before covid they will have face to face trainings

sometimes we need to do exercises but I don’t like gym but because of this Zumba dance I went to the gym. I think it is interesting and combines flamingo , salsa. I interesting and easy to follow.
I only have one time or twice every week.

vocabulary about finance/business

It is about the habit … after work I don’t want to do some English papers so this is a good opportunity
If listening about chat, or they have the pronunciation. / speed.

When I present something and explain something about the business to different departments I need to think and sometimes it is not easy for me,
Presenting graphs is difficult.

Maybe we can talk the traveling or some other interesting topics but I can know this news in Chinese but I don’t know how to introduce in English
