I was studying in Australia and my major is accounting and artistry and I came back 1 year ago.
My hometown is in Nanjing and I came for the internship so currently I am a student and doing a master’s degree through zoom.
I am applying for some summer vacation programs and internships in the UK so I need practice for mock up interviews.

Mainly in finance and most of them are related to banking industry / accounting.
It is accounting related but it is not really about auditing because in the BD team so it is about organizing events and coordinate with the team to contact with partners and institutions.

I have done internships in auditing so I was mainly responsible for bank reconciliations and doing the cashflow statements.
for the security firm I was responsible for research work. Collecting information we used a system similar to bloomberg and I had to analyze the liquidity and compile the information together.

I just need to assist the analyst.

I don’t  find the words to express something but I cant find the proper words,
I did a virtual interview with Deloitte and most are behavior questions.

I will put 30% into stocks and 20% into futures and 30% into the real estate.
Probably in China because the housing price keeps going up in first tier cities.
commercial buildings especially in Pudong district, the price is going up quickly every year, I will invest those money in building in those 2 areas and also I think the commercial in Zhangjiang business park there are many tech companies.
I think it is valuable to invest in this area because of companies located there and there are schools near that area and the housing price is going up very quickly.

I was given a task to translate the building profile and they told me to go to some commercial buildings in SH and take photos of the company plates and the property management didn’t allow you to take photos and it was a breach of the regulations but the leader said we had to so we were having some conflicts about that so the outcome was I communicated with the project leader and told him some of the buildings were not allowing me / did not give us the permission to do that.
I said I will also check with the police outside the building and the outcome was I finished about 50% because some buildings didn’t allow you and some of them if they allowed me I took photos of all of them.
It is a communication issue and you really need to speak with the project leader to negotiate with them.

it requires honesty and integrity and will do due diligence with the company.
If I rate AAA and they have some financial issues the responsibility will fall on me.
