Cassie

– wants to speak English at work, needs conversational English, confidence

Speaking exercise

I’m Cassie and I’m working in Shangri La, communication department. I’m a newcomer at Shangri la hotel and before that I had been working in PR agency. I been work for 5 years. The reason I want to learn English is to apply English in my work. I write English a lot but don’t speak very often I have no working environment, I’m not used to speaking English at all. I always think in Chinese and then translate into English, it’s not a very good habit. I’m not Shanghai native, I’ve been in Sh for 5 years. I’m from Harbin, NE…. very cold city.

Watch movies, or go shopping… Also reading… in my spare time.
