Carmen

– has IELTS next month, tried to go to the UK in the past but failed, IELTS scores:5.5-6.0, needs 6 – 6.5, maybe speaking & writing were weakest before. Wants to improve overall English, likes watching US tv shows, likes reading kindle, feels her listening and reading are better than speaking & writing. Her main problems for now are grammar and sentence structure. Needs to focus on correcting mistakes and grammar logic, and upgrading sentence structure and vocabulary, and confidence to speak fast and correct mistakes naturally. 

In class: IELTS speaking practice, daily speaking, correct grammar logic and learn new sentence structures. At home: IELTS writing, diary writing using vocabulary & grammar from class. After 3 months: start to learn more advanced structures and vocabulary, do more reading and write about the articles using new vocabulary.

I suppose the trip I went to singapore is my favourite trip. I went there with my friend who is met up about several years when we go to university. Actually we are the classmates. Singapore is pretty fascinating city, ___ with the culture and many tourist attractions, especially the weather, it’s warm and the breeze make me soothing. And you can talk on the beach and pick up some shells. They are not coastal city. Actually I come from Tianjin. Maybe a lot of people can speak Chinese in singapore i think it’s more prevalent there, and I can learn their culture best compared to other countries. I think this is the reason why I want to go there.

I went to v about 10 years ago and I went there with my boss because my occupation was as an officer and white collar worker as an international company, in the line of export and import company so I went there with my boss to negotiate with my clients about one order. Not really because I recall that because it’s too many years so I can’t to really remember those details.
