I get up at 6 o’clock in the morning. 6:30 I do exercise maybe 1 hour, yoga, and 7:40 to 8 o’clock I go outside around in my garden (apartment complex) if not raining day. 8 o’clock to 8:30 I eat breakfast. Maybe one month one time, i go to the hospital because my tooth.

2020 years ago I’m a tour leader. I usually go to another country. I take the people go to different country to travel. She tell me so amazing so I want to go. Because corona virus I stay in GZ maybe 3 years, 2020 until now.

I do yoga exercise at 6:30 to 7:30 for maybe 1 hour, and I go outside at 7:40 to 8 o’clock to walk around in my apartment complex if it is not a rainy day / if it is not raining. I eat breakfast at 8 o’clock to 8:30. Maybe once a month, i will go to the hospital because I need to tighten my braces.

I got up at 6:30 and then I did exercise at 6:40 o’clock to 8 o’clock because I want a healthy and beautiful body. I went to apartment complex at 8 o’clock to 8:20 because I want to get sunshine for / on my body. I ate breakfast at 8:35 to 8:40 at KFC but the food was not very delicious. I studied / I started studying English at 9 o’clock because I want to pass IELTS.
