– needs English for work, just joined a consulting company 2 months ago, needs to communicate with foreigners a lot, 3 months later has a performance review in English, needs to improve listening, speaking, presentation, daily communication, she feels vocabulary and grammar are the biggest problem, now is studying vocabulary. For now, needs to focus on the performance review primarily. Then, needs to start improving general English, mainly confidence, grammar, and simple vocabulary.

3 years ago I went to Japan with my girlfriend for a week. I like Japans food. Japans people all polite and their service is good. There’s hotel is small and expensive, but very clean. Today I take my dog to a place to wash him, because it need to washing biweekly. Sometime i need to work at weekend because my company is a consulting company. It’s very busy and I need to follow my client time. My role as a BD, client development specialist. These client are are all B2B clients. It’s difficult but it’s interesting because you can know many industries and you can help them. My company is help development their talent and leadership. For example, we have some topic workshop for leadership, strategic thinking, like this classic. We have some faculty, consultant teach their some framework methodology skills like this.
