Speaking exercise

My name is Aaron and I was born in Guandong province. It is a famous historical city.
Now I work in an American pharma company as a marketing manager.

My objective for English I want to improve my oral speaking because I have many presentations and also I …  -> to improve my oral English / to improve my spoken English

every month I have a global meeting with my colleagues and need to introduce our business progress in China / need to report on our progress  and sometimes I need to give / deliver some reports to my boss, he is American and sometimes he suddenly asks me a question and I have no idea about his question / I find it hard to answer directly

and need to take some seconds to think about it. / I have blanks in the discussion

I want to find a good teacher to help me improve my English and my spoken English and work with me on effective method to improve my English in a short time.

the public speaking is another important social skill
On Nov 7 I also have another important report to our global marketing. Also we have innovation sharing topics they are set on Nov 25.

The key issue is vocabulary and how to structure my wording to express all the key points about my PPT. / and my syntax when I explain a ppt

It is hard to well describe my ppt to my boss.

I can speak 10 sentences to introduce the ppt but transfer to English and only 2-3 sentences. -> I can find a lot of things to say about the ppt in Chinese but move to English / switch to English and I have much less to say

at the beginning it was a little not comfortable but now my feeling is ok. -> it was not so comfortable  / at the beginning I did not feel comfortable with presentations

In my daily work, 99% of my emails are written in English.

He asks me daily questions but I don’t have many experience or some frequency sentences in my mind so I can’t rephrase immediately to speak yp. -> he asks me life related questions but I don’t have much experience or some frequent answers ready / or some usual answers ready.

I can reply to him how was my weekend …

1 years ago I wrote in Chinese and translated to English but now 50% of the time I can write in English directly but I find that there are always difficulties in my writing because I use English in Chinese thinking. -> I tend to use a Chinese syntax

The emails are not so urgent

I find my listening skills are not so good, if you set a background and then ask a question it is more difficult. / if it is not a direct question it is hard for me to understand
