i just went to one of my distributor i think last week to try to get order. it’s not very successful i just get one set of the orders but 120 000 thousand US dollars order, it’s not a big money but i think it’s ok. my boss didnt tell me anything in fact he is a marketing guy and transferred his job to sales team so he didn’t give me any advice about salesman so sometimes you will feel very lonely, nobody support. My last boss i think is good for me, he tell me, you can do everything you want to do.

my name is Frank and I come from henan province. i have lived in Shanghai for 9 years working in the city. I was a computer engineer before but now i’m a IT Director and I really enjoy it. I developed software on these platforms before, not now, but now I’m a manager. I need to manage many jobs/projects. My department has 120 employees so many projects are happening. I always coordinate these projects and keep them going on schedule.
