Vocabulary
Repeatedly (adv): 1- many times.
E.g.: She kept knocking on the door repeatedly, but no one answered.
E.g.: He called repeatedly, begging her to come back.
Freeze (v): 1- If you freeze something, you lower its temperature below 0°C, causing it to become cold and often hard, and if something freezes, its temperature goes below 0°C.
E.g.: I want to be able to focus on my career for now, so I decided to freeze my eggs and delay my pregnancy for a few more years.
E.g.: Water freezes to ice at a temperature of 0°C.
E.g.: The ground had frozen hard/solid.
Pressure (v/n): 1- the act of trying to make someone else do something by arguing, persuading, etc. 2- a difficult situation that makes you feel worried or unhappy.
E.g.: Teachers are under increasing pressure to work longer hours.
E.g.: The government is facing pressure from environmental activists.
E.g.: Her parents are putting pressure on her (= trying to persuade her) to get married.
E.g.: She’s got a lot of pressure on her at work just now.
E.g.: Be nice to him – he’s been under a lot of pressure recently.
E.g.: Can you work well under pressure?
