I studied fashion promotion when i was a student in 2010, after that, i want to be a memory for the marketing division, it’s the beginning for me to begin the career path, i turned your job to in house HR and hiring somebody. The job is very boring, I can face many many people everyday, some people is executive, some people may be managers, this is only thing I’m interested in, because I can meet different people. But now i want to change my job back to marketing, because for me, it’s more interesting. I can interviewed many many marketing people, so i can’t know what they are doing. the manager may be don’t like this candidate, even if he is very good. Some line managers are very self-centered. Every people will have his self-centered. this candidate is a little fit, then he is fine.
