Clerk – a person selling you something in a store
eg: “I can speak English with the clerks in Canada.”
take your order – when a server writes down what you want to eat at the restaurant
eg: “Can I take your order?”
adapt – change to fit your environment
eg: “I couldn’t adapt to the big meals in Canada.”
potato – tu dou
eg: “I cooked some eggs potatoes and onions.”
neighborhood – the small area near where you live
eg: “There is a great restaurant in my neighborhood.”
