heidi thinks to be yourself is nothing about rebellion, or be a rude adult, however it’s be brave to look or seek deeper experiences of our life. For example, people often say be a yogi shouldn’t have any temper, and won’t get sick, or become a vegetarian but when now you are already fall into the empty form without compensation, and not be able to think.
Heidi believes to be yourself has nothing to do with rebellion, or being a rude person, but rather it’s about being brave to look for and seek deeper experiences in our lives. For example, people often say being a yogi means you shouldn’t ever lose your temper, and never get sick, or perhaps should become a vegetarian, but those of us who think like this are merely identifying with the role and doctrine of a yogi rather than truly practicing it.
