I usually listen to English dialogues. It’s more like life topics. I think it is useful for me. It is easy to understand. I listen to it once every two days. There are a lot of topics on the app. I usually choose, I usually listen to the topic that it can be easily used in life topics, like where can you buy stuff and how do you add Wechat. If I 听不清, I will look at the text. Last week, I went to Putuo Mountain, it is one of the most famous Buddhist temples of China. I went to pick up my cousin from the airport in national holiday.

Grammar
during —> longer periods (ex: Chinese New Year, summer vacation/summer break, National Holiday)
in —> a specific time during the day (ex: morning, after, evening or in the middle of the night)
on —-> a specific day in the week, or a specific date (ex: the weekends, November 18th, Wednesday)
over —> similar to during, but can be used to describe time periods occurred in the past (over the weekend, over summer break)
*in —> to talk about something that will happen in the future (ex: I’m going to have a class at Smart English in 6 days)
