I think that Europeans have a common weakness of not admitting their mistakes. If I point out his mistakes at work, he never give me straight answer. If I email him, he will answer indirectly. He doesn’t understand the Chinese society. He wants to use the Deutsche way of doing business. He tells me that he is responsible for personal manager, technical manager etc. I think he doesn’t have these abilities.
