Following on our Monthly Review with Stanley , Michael and myself on last week.
Glad that on June, AXIS achieve the room revenue at 216K, over than budget of 48K, over than LY 85K. Total Revenue at 897,402 CNY, higher than budget 34,510 CNY and higher last year 316,318 CNY

From OTA insight SWLY analysis , we are in the risk of Group ADR and Transient pick up. Understand that AXIS is in the right direction to shift the segment business form bedbanks WCO/WTP to the real tour operator WHO or Retail segment. But we need to have a smart plan and actions to make sure we are execute. also we have to crystal clear about which account we want to shift and which account can replaced and without lose the market share to achieve the numbers. So please complete the attachment smart action plan by each segment with specific room nights, room revenue and account and we can review it together.

YTD July – ACT at 8,767,816 FCST at 9,025,692 BGT at 10,070,578 LY at 8,473,354
AUG is the last month of summer vacation is truly a key month of this year, @Laurie Wang please be more attention to focus on our CompSet rate strategy and be flexible to adjust our retail segment and keep the good communicate with sales team to guide/share with them the information.
