Vocabulary
vacancy (n): 1-a space or place that is available to be used:
E.g.: We wanted to book a hotel room in July but there were no vacancies.
E.g.: The dentist can’t see you today but she has a vacancy tomorrow morning.
vacant (adj): 1-not being lived in or used, or (of a job or office) available for someone to do:
E.g.: We have three vacant apartments in our building.
dentist (n): a person whose job is treating people’s teeth:
E.g.: You should have your teeth checked by a dentist at least twice a year.

E.g.: My major is in Business management.
colleague (n): 同事
E.g.: I don’t know anything about this, but I’m sure my colleague here can help you.
E.g.: We’re having a small drinks party for one of our colleagues who’s leaving next week.
portfolio (n): 1-a collection of drawings, documents, etc. that represent a person’s, especially an artist’s, work:
E.g.: She’s trying to build up a portfolio of work to show during job interviews.
stress (n)-压力
stressful (adj): 有压力的, making you feel worried and nervous:
E.g.: a stressful day/job
E.g.: She’s very good at coping in stressful situations.

efficient (adj)有效率的, working or operating quickly and effectively in an organized way:
E.g.: The city’s transport system is one of the most efficient in Europe.
E.g.: We need someone really efficient who can organize the office and make it run smoothly.
efficiency (n)效率, the good use of time and energy in a way that does not waste any:
E.g.: She got through her work with speed and efficiency.
