Reading

In a northern Chinese city known for its pollution, a student has been painting on trees. The student is 23 and she became inspired when she was out walking with her mother. She began painting animals, such as pandas and white cats.

It takes her about 4 hours to finish a painting. She says that the main motivation for her paintings was to make people think about the environment. She hopes that people will protect nature when they see her paintings. She also wants to make people happier and not depressed by the pollution in the air.
