When I talk about generation Z，I think of two words：Self and electronization.
Self is meaning they are free and pay attention to their personal feelings more. In work, they care about employee experience and team relationship more than other people.Even they leave before they find a new job because they are unhappy at work.
Electronization means they have used all kinds of electronic products since childhood. So they are used to getting information from the Internet, communicating on the Internet and so on.

To Ally：
When I think of generation Z, two words pop up in my mind：individualization and digitization.

I means they are free and pay attention to their personal feelings more. In the  workplace/workwise/in terms of work/when it comes to work, they care about employee experience and team relationship more than any other aspects of work/anything else/other generations. They would even quit an unsatisfying job before landing/securing the next one.

Digitalization means they have been using all kinds of electronic products/electronics since childhood. In this sense,  they are used to getting information from the Internet, communicating on the Internet and so on.
