I’m not going to shops or restaurants but I like buying things online because it’s convenient and usually cheaper than shops. However, two months ago when I’m trying to buy some tiny electrical appliances online, I received a bad service. After I open the package of it, it just not work. And I went online and ask the customer service and told that since I open the package of the appliance, they cannot get me a refund. I feel very angry because it’s the product’s quality are poor. It’s not my fault why I can’t get a refund. I know I’m not going to buy the appliances on that online shop again.
