First, we have to go to the Civil Affairs Bureau and pick up an application form.We can’t ask for the form on the telephone.We have to go downtown and pick up the form in person.
We have to fill out the form in duplicate.We can’t use a pencil.I have to use a pen.We can’t use blue ink.We have to use black ink.And We can’t write in script.We have to print.
We also have to attach three photographs to the application.They can’t be old photographs.They have to be new.They have to be red background.
Then We have to wait in long line to pay my application fee.We have to wait in another long line to have a physical examination.
Finally, we get marriage licenses.
