ome people believe that the best way to improve public health is by increasing the number of sports facilities. Others think that this has little effect and other measures are required. Discuss both views and give your opinion。

People nowadays lead busy lives and cannot take care of their own wellbeing. Public health is becoming an important issue that requires lots of new approaches. Increasing the number of sports facilities is one approach that seems favorable, but is not very effective sometimes. In order to improve people’s health, other measures are required.

Some people believe that increasing the amounts of the sports facilities can greatly change people’s public health. This is an age when people have to spend a lot of time sitting in the office and the chair every day, and people don’t have enough time to do physical exercise. Supporters of sports facilities argue that if the government adds more stadiums, people will have more chances to play the sports they want and integrate sports activities into their lives. More facilities should be built in parks, which can be enjoyed and used by both old people, young people and children. A lot of people who don’t like physical education at school because of the limited facilities may go there and become interested in sports. In this way/From this perspective, sports facilities can indeed motivate/inspire/encourage people to exercise more.

However, increasing the number of facilities is neither the easiest nor the most effective way. Attention to daily habits is also a major point affecting public health. Not everyone has enough time to go to a facility and exercise, but improving daily habits is something we can all do. From increasing our daily sleeping time/bed time to keeping/developing a healthy diet, these daily habits can easily/effectively give people a good growth environment and nutrition. At the same time, it is suggested that more physical activities and competitions can also improve public health to some extent, not only in terms of physical improvement, but also in terms of raising people’s awareness of health. In terms of keeping a healthy body, this awareness is more important than only increasing the number of facilities.

All in all, both improving the number of facilities and improving the habits of daily life are good ways to become healthy, but individual will is more important. Only when people are aware of their personal health, the government and society can take measures to support people to improve their health.
