Q: You are moving to another city and you have to sublease your apartment. Write an ad for the apartment to attract potential sublets. Describe the location, the overall condition, and the advantages of the place.

The apartment is with 2 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom. The best advantage is the kitchen is very big and open, it also has a bar table, you could invite friends to the apartment enjoy making cuisine or drink some wine or beer.

When speak to the enviroment ,the apartment is located in centre of city and is the metro station near , you could go to any places easily.  There are many exotic restaurants, supermarkets, shopping malls, if you want  to buy something for  own life, you could get anything you want in this place. The other advantage is the apartment is surrounded  lakes and gardens. Living there you will feel very relaxed and comfortable, in the weekend you could have a cup of tea with a book, enjoy by yourself all day.

And the most of people who live in the district is middle class, so your neiborhood all are not complicate, so the safety could confirmed. If you have family or kids, they will make new friends easily and have a healthy lifestyle, they will live with happiness.
