too many / too much – usually bad, you don’t want that much (excessive)

slide – move smoothly across a surface

eg: You can slide on the wood floor with your socks.

ironic – when something goes against it’s meaning or what it should do.

eg: I bought an umbrella when it was raining. But all the water just went into the middle, and it got me more wet. It’s very ironic that an umbrella will make you more wet.

eg: I want to show my good side, but I can’t because I’m so nervous. It’s really ironic.

offended (adj) – feel upset because of what someone did or said.

eg: He called me a cow. He really offended me.

offensive (ADJ) – the thing that makes someone feel bad

eg: Trump says offensive things almost every day. He’s really rude.

eg: Stinky tofu has a very offensive smell.
