eg: I used braces for my knees and feet.

do a trick – a special move on skiis or snowboard or skateboard

do a jump – to get off the ground

Skiing is much easier than snowboarding. Because with skiing, you have two poles to support yourself, and keep your balance. But with snowboarding, you can fall on your face easily.
