Sorry but this is the worst response I have ever heard from a seller. there are multiple pieces and it is 3.2 ft that is absolutely horrible given the price. I see 4 long pieces and a bendable long piece. So 5 x 3.2 would make me think it is at least 15 ft? would be amazing if the company would verify this. not only that but Amazon needs to ensure that if they are going to carry a product that the description is actually accurate.

There are four (4) straight duct in the box , Each is 3.3 feet long. along with one(1) wall cover, three(3) couplings and one(1) plane bending and one (1) vertical bending and one (1) end cover, and one(1) 1.96 feet currugated expandable free joint. Total length of coverage is about 15 feet. All pieces can be easily installed.The product is suitable for mini-split systems with a capacity of 9000 BTU, 12000 BTU and approximately 18000 BTU.

Q:Is this ok for pipe 2 pk air conditioner???

What is the length of the straight pieces?
There are four (4) straight pieces in the box. Each is 39.37 inches long. Total length of coverage is about 13 feet.
