many girls didn’t use make up after February.But some companies like us which just sell skincare can maintain their sales.

Our target customer are between 16 to 40. We have 3 scents for different age groups of people
When we sell to women we have to talk so much, we need to break the ice / create a connection.
We ask some questions to them and we use their feedback to break the ice. We tell them the reasons of their skin care problems is need a lot of things and we give some gifts.

For men we just smile and try something in his hand and he will buy.

The lipstick effect drives the entire cosmetics industry, many cosmetic companies have continued to grow since then. They always used the idea to push the sales is that they promote a lipstick to attract consumers to their counters. Salespeople in the reception of customers will recommend a lot of products to them, and many hot lipsticks are not sold alone. Sales of lipsticks have fallen sharply this year because of COVID-19 , as people wear masks. Let’s hope it’s over soon
