I stayed at home almost half a month

Luckily our salary isn’t cut by the company
Our management are all been cut 10%

In the normal situation I can only stay home for 1 week

We don’t break , we don’t have a relax. -> we are opened all the time.
We are opened from February. We actually fight for this.
If we start others may not, there is a limit.
In the mall population needs to be restricted into numbers so if we open we occupy this opportunity.
they still work from home like our situation before.
At the start we announced policy that all of the employees follow the work 1 week and work from home 1 week
all the workers are separated into 2 groups and group A can come today and group B stays at home and they do the shift
And after about 1 month we back to the normal.
In previous we usually have different plans but this year we can only do work.
Our travel plans need to be paused.
I wanted to go to Japan in April and I bought the tickets. but the Covid 19 was around / the outbreak happened and we had to cancel the trip.
At first I submit the cancelled and I was refused 10 times and I ordered all 3 people’s tickets and I have to take this responsibility to get the refund but at first I was refused.
I didn’t know how to defend my rights, I do the research online and the people on all the platform they said they all cannot get the refund too. and the call center didn’t answer the phone and I just called them and I was holding on the phone nearly 2h and no answers.

I don’t know where I can get support but finally I texted them on the app and I took much time to find this window to connect them and finally it worked and I pushed this conversation to make them accept the cancellation
