the past 2 days I was in shooting studios. There were 5 series of videos and it is more tired than working in office.
I need to stay with my clients to communicate and so many unexpected things happened.
I think it is interesting the partner who is manager of the shooting project acquired a very cheap team so the quality is not very good and the team was very interesting, they moved slowly so they needed to overtime so that they would get the overtime budget.
So the studio partner was unhappy but the team was picked by herself, she couldn’t say anything.

we have captures including sports , family , social life, working in the office and go hiking with friends.

I was very tired, I went back home almost 2 am these 2 days but I think everyday you cannot imagine what will happen and I think, I’m am the office people who stay in the office for many days but if I imagine I am an outside working people I won’t like it.
The director shouted to the team member.

There was a very young boy, an actor in the studio , he stayed there very late, I found that some people had sympathy for the boy but some felt it was just his job. I found that people are very different / people can look at the same thing very differently.
I feel it also depends on who is responsible for him.

all the mothers of young actors are wearing luxury brands and are tough on their kid.
I would give a little reward to encourage him

The Chinese new year is now coming so I haven’t had this plan, maybe you can ask in February.
