when to use DO or BE

It is my hobby, my mom told me she doesn’t know why . She wants I study like dance and piano but she doesn’t know why I don’t like these fields.
When I was young I really like painting something. Mom said if I have paper and pen I can sit one day so she thinks maybe she really like painting so when I was young until now I studied this part.
I still like but before just my hobby so I do this part it is very relaxed and happy but right now became my work so sometimes I feel a little uncomfortable because sometimes create some projects make me annoyed
I think keep hobby is better than become my work because sometimes I need think about budget if I design something and sometimes customers and boss will be demand me should be change some designs.
I still like my job just sometimes makes me hard.   For example we have a project is how to promotion ski products in our store so I think we have a great idea we really want to present in our stores in/for winter
but that means we all need to work together as coworkers to support it. It is difficult because maybe other departments have their own ideas so when combine together it is totally different.
