My name is Tifa and.I am a daughter’s mother with a 8yo daughter.

I am now working for cosmetics industry company. Work as a market researcher. consumer researcher and market trend something like that. 6 years for market research in cosmetic industry and 10 years for market research.
I’m curious about things. I really like to dig something deep so market research industry needs this kind of personality so I think I am really suitable for this job.We have a team 5 persons in this team and 1 boss. Each one in charge of different category .  I am in charge of makeup. And previously I am in charge of men category. Next Tuesday the HR head will visit china and have 1-1 with each of us. Around 30 minutes talk. No topic I think they just want to understand us more and how to help us to grow.
I think I can read/write emails but my oral English is not so good and I have no confidence to express myself but it is also about my personality. I feel shamed before when I in front of the people.
Actually it needs. sometimes we give training to the colleagues in our company about market research and a few times I need to present something but I can build the slides it will be easier for me.
But when we have a group discuss / maybe a big meeting I cannot express my opinion.
Talk about market research or the result of the study or sometimes just discuss the business situation and the brainstorming.
