in 2016 I lost my job for about 9 months.

at that time time I was in a start up and I have been laid off by company.

It is very normal but I don’t think it is polite.

some HR they try to ask kind of questions in another way. it is not fair to the female.

To the EC flag shop of T-mall/JD, we have to do the visual design operation which relate to the promotion such as “618, 11.11,”, etc. The promotion information, benefits and price need to be changed on the product banners, ec product pages, ads banners; Besides that, the daily flag shop visual maintenance is also necessary.

According to the Question 1:
Optimizing CPC/CPM of advertising banners is our next step but need to try and test banners to optimize CTR&CPC.
Question 2:
It is necessary to choose a professional retainer who had rich experience and strong capability in EC area. Last vendor “英赛” who is good at digital Marketing but not EC area that cause the inefficiency and high communication cost.
Compared with last vendor, the new vendor(Baozun 博道） we chose is good at EC operation including the visual design for flag shop maintenance and promotions. 博道 is also service for the clients for Phillips, Brita, Panasonic, etc.
