I think the good workmate, he is very good in his part of work. After work he is funny without work. If someone needs help he will help him without to ask for help. he is not only think of himself he always think the team before himself.

Today I will take about my work continue. During the past four years , the deepest feeling is having a good team in the work is important. I thought each one in our team was very excellent and friendly,so I worked happily everyday before . I always feel a little sad for leaving my former work team last year ,because it’s my company system not my decision. That means you should leave you familiar environment and your good colleagues. Everyone hate changes, because you need to work in a new environment and join in to a new team. The good part of it is you can meet much people or feel somethings different, but maybe you can’t fand the happiness before. Although we are not work together,we also be good friends forever.
