I don’t know how the government raises these funds. Based on what I know and what the Chinese government is doing they will raise money from some punishment
before covid if you catch by the policeman you pay 20 but now it is 50.
If they gather money this way it is not a good thing.
I hope these recovery funds will actually benefit the citizens.
