Speaking exercise

step 1 : describe what you see
I saw he wears a suit like some professional driver but from the ring and the decoration he wears I guess he is a singer and then he begins to driver the car backward and then there are so many maybe his fans and then he becomes younger .

step 2 : message?
The message maybe the brand to told the consumers than this car is very passion/make people feel like young people beca and if you drive this car it can get you back to when you are very young.

step 3: opinion / China?

I think it is a global style, but for local clients they will think this video cant bring out all the unique selling points of this car so they think most of Chinese consumers will be driven by the price and the benefits but there isn’t anything about it in this video. I think it is a good video but for local clients it isn’t.
it depends on how much this car it is. if it is a luxury brand the target audience can get the message but if it is a car for the middle class family they don’t care about passionate they care the price the benefits and the function.

step 1 : describe what you see
I saw he wears a driving suit like a professional driver/he looks like a pro driver but from the ring and the accessories he wears I guess he is a singer and then he begins to drive the car backward / drive in reverse and then there are so many people waiting for him maybe his fans and then he becomes younger .
he drives very fast and when he gets out of the car he is young and popular again.

step 2 : message?
The message the brand wants to tell the consumers is that this car is very passionate/makes people feel like young people/ gives a lot of sensations when driving and if you drive this car it can get you back to when you are very young / you will feel young again.

step 3: opinion / China?

I think it is a global style, / it is adapted to a global audience / it matches a global audience
but for local clients they will think this video can’t bring out all the unique selling points of this car so they think most of Chinese consumers will be driven by the price and the benefits but there isn’t anything about it in this video.  they aren’t present in this video.
I think it is a good video but for local clients it isn’t./ it isn’t adapted to local clients.
it depends on how much this car is / it depends on the price range. if it is a luxury brand the target audience can get the message but if it is a car for the middle class family / mass market car they don’t care about passion they care about the price the benefits and the function. / they care about value for money.

it is like a viral video, although I don’t know if the man or woman is famous but I guess it is so maybe Pepsi can leverage these celebrities to amplify the video and reach more people.
Pepsi is a mature brand so they don’t have to show their flavor or the selling point they just need to keep going on the branding wise. But I prefer Coca Cola more than Pepsi.

It is about AI system and it is interesting, the car can get whatever you want and I think that is a really attract most of men, you can do whatever you want and maybe the car can make you feel everything is in control. he has supernatural power.
I think better than the last one because it is easy for clients to get the meaning even you don’t know the English you can get the meaning.
For the brand TVC is it attractive.

They show future plans but from the beginning I think it will very emotional , a man why they like a car maybe it is a habit or interesting from their grandpa or father, I guess it is a story about that and also about heritage but at the end.

the video told us that 1/3 of people don’t have retirement funds so they need to use this product to make the rest of life comfortable.
