I’m going to find a job.  IT industry or digital.
Because I think that Taiwan have no more opportunity than China.

I like to watch movies and read book.
Because I think Shanghai is the international city. There are many foreigner so I need to improve my English speaking.

Can you tell me about your time in BJ?
I worked for semantic China in Beijing. To be a sales director.
I have many experience regarding IT industry including financial industry and telecom industry for past ten years.
I have worked for oracle 3 years ago. Database and ERP.

How is working in China different from TW?
Taiwan is small and it is easy to visit a customer but in China. China is very big so it is too far to visit customers so it is difficult to be sales in China.

How big was your team?
10 people.

IBM is a long history company in IT industry. In the past 20 years IBM have developed many technoledge and IT people resources.

I studied AI tech in my master.

I like to understand customer’s requirements and to do my best meet it.

China is slowing. how to keep the business growing?
To provide good quality service than your competitors because customers only have a fixed budget so you must to let your customers believe you and willing to pay you.

old vs new customers?
Old customers bring recurring business and give the company some stability, new customers help to grow the company.

What is your career goal?
I have ever to be IBM partner 10 years ago and my boyfriend is from IBM.

Can you tell me about your time in BJ?
I worked for Symantec China in Beijing. I was the sales director. (I was in charge of the Beijing business.)
I have much/ a lot of experience regarding the IT industry and I am also familiar with the financial industry and the telecom industry. I have more than 10 years working experience.
I worked for oracle 3 years ago.I was in charge of the Beijing business and I dealt with Databases and ERPs.

How is working in China different from TW?

Taiwan is small compared to China. So the relationship you have with customers are different.
In Taiwan you can easily visit your customers/ have face to face meetings with them while in China it is harder.
So you need to find other ways to keep the relationship strong….

How big was your team?
I had a team of 10 people. We had 3 senior salespeople and 2 inside sales and a few pre-sales.

I trained my team on sales gears, account skills and customer engagement. I also provided them with product knowledge and update on new products.

Why are you interested in IBM?
IBM  has a long history in the IT industry.IBM is one of the biggest players / companies in the IT sector.
In the past 20 years IBM has developed many technology and outstanding knowhow

Are you familiar with AI tech?
I studied AI tech in my master degree.
