2 hours I went to the gym, I did some yoga. The first time it is too hard. You think it is impossible for me because I am not flexible. I am like a tree branch but when you went more times you can do some exercises better. a little bit, you feel better. The first time it is too bad. I think I went to the yoga class 6 or 7 times.  I try go there 2 or 3 per week.
If I can’t I go once a week.
Sometimes the teacher she tries put me in this position but I can’t cant I sweat a lot. Now I enjoy a little bit.
One man he didn’t have flexiblity. nothing nothing but now a little better. I saw I can some exercises I am a little more flexible than him but he tries he tries now he improves.

Now I think yoga or pilates is more important than other exercise. Because as time goes you need flexibility you don’t need muscle.
Sometimes you need strong muscle but not too big. But you need flexibility from now when you die.
The first time when I went to the class the teacher say are you can

When I was younger I could do it but now I can’t. but now I can. Not for long time 10 secs is ok.

I finish the class at 1 pm but my mind was 12. I think I have 1hour and a half I can cook and then I will go to the class but I received one kuaidi it is one thing for you can painting . I received that and I saw it is a little bit oxide. I spent a lot of time to send a message to taobao. Why is it like this the picture on taobao is very clean. But when I checked my phone it was already 1:55pm.  I have luck because the subway arrived quickly.

I am a passive smoker. before people smoke a lot but now no. For example when we are in my husband’s boss home he likes to smoke cigar and it makes me cough. I leave far away from him.

Now I enjoy it a little bit more.
