Our event will be held next week on July 21 and we will hold this event in Beijing SKP shopping mall, the event time will be from 3-5pm the people to come will be around 30. Including media, KOLs and VIC guests. For the menu we hope can include 3 sweet food and 3 salty food. 6 canapés in total.

Also we would like to have some soft drinks, champagne and non alcoholic cocktails.

Can you give us a proposal in advance before the end of this week.
Around Friday?

We need around 6 waiters and I forget to say we also need the catering service for our store around 3 people. 2 in front of the door and 1 at the rear of the store.
So the menu is same as the atrium part.

Considering the weather it is very hot recently so we need to prepare enough drinks for the customers. They might be thirsty.

We can combine both. since we are the UK company so maybe some dishes are with UK culture and the food must be delicious.

you can pass around to actively provide the food and drinks. For the atrium because the size is not very big I suggest to stand around the atrium store because we are worried may pour out.

When will you stand by on the event day. Because on our event we will start from 3 pm. so will you arrive 2 hours in advance or .
1 hour in advance. Since you have to prepare the food. You have to bring the food on site and put the food on trays so you need time to do it.
We have a uniform guideline I will send you later. Maybe just all black.

For the tray we have some guidelines as well so I can share you afterwards.

The waiter is asking what kind of drink the lady wants and she said she wants to order Pepsi. The waiter asks. Is Pepsi OK? The old man is not satisfied with the waiter’s question and wants to do the role play and wants to express the Pepsi is very good. And another lady show up in the restaurant with very fancy dress to recommend strongly the Pepsi.
   By the end all the people all agree that the Pepsi is very good.

There are 3  main characters in the video. One lady sitting on a sofa, she is ordering and one old man with white hair standing behind her. The waiter is asking what kind of drink the lady wants and she says she wants to order a coke / a can of coke . The waiter asks. Is Pepsi OK? The old man is not satisfied with the waiter’s question and wants to do a role play to teach the waiter to be proud of Pepsi and wants to express Pepsi is very good. And another lady ( celebrity) shows up in the restaurant with very a fancy dress to recommend strongly the Pepsi. She taps on the can with her nails to make some music.
By the end all the people  agree that Pepsi is very good.

   Young people are the target. The celebrity in this ad is RnB singer so the most audience of the singer is the young people.
   In China we don’t know the coke refers to Coca Cola so we cannot get the joke behind it.
   Pepsi in China they usually invite some very popular celebrities to make the advertising and the story is related to the union of friends and some friendship things. And the target is the young generation as well.
